In paragraph 37 of the judgment, ‘As regards the question whether goods are part of a homogeneous category of goods which is not capable of being subdivided into several independent subcategories, it follows from case-law that …’ must be read instead of ‘As regards the question whether goods are part of a homogeneous category of goods which may be subdivided into several independent subcategories, it follows from case-law that …’. |
