    In accordance with Article 164(1) of the Rules of Procedure of the General Court, it is necessary to rectify, in the version in the language of the case, an obvious inaccuracy found in paragraph 119 of that judgment.

     

    On those grounds,

    THE GENERAL COURT (Seventh Chamber, Extended Composition)

    hereby orders:

     

    In paragraph 119 of the judgment, in the version in the language of the case, is to be read as

     

    ‘In view of the foregoing, in adopting the contested acts, the Head of Mission did not infringe the principle of non-discrimination on grounds of nationality’.

     

    instead of as

     

    ‘In view of the foregoing, in adopting the contested acts, the Head of Mission did not infringe the principle of discrimination on grounds of nationality’.
