    Application on the basis of Article 263 TFEU seeking the annulment of the decision of the Secretary-General of the Parliament of 23 June 2016 concerning the recovery from the applicant of a sum of EUR 56554 wrongfully paid as parliamentary assistance allowance and the debit note relating thereto.

    The Court:

    Dismisses the action;

    2.

    Orders Ms Mylène Troszczynski to bear her own costs and to pay those incurred by the European Parliament, including those related to the interlocutory proceedings.
