    Re:

    Application pursuant to Article 263 TFEU seeking the annulment of the decision of the Parliament of 11 December 2015 refusing the additional payment prescribed for trainees with disabilities by Article 24(9) of the Internal Rules governing Traineeships and Study Visits in the Secretariat of the Parliament.

    Operative part of the judgment

    The Court:

    1.

    Annuls the decision of the European Parliament of 11 December 2015 refusing the additional payment for trainees with disabilities provided for by Article 24(9) of the Internal Rules governing Traineeships and Study Visits in the Secretariat of the Parliament to MU.

    2.

    Dismisses the action as to the remainder.

    3.

    Orders the Parliament to pay the costs.
