The Court:

Annuls the decision of the First Board of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) of 5 November 2015 (Case R 1814/2014-1);

2.

Orders EUIPO to pay the costs of M/S. Indeutsch International;

3.

Orders Crafts Americana Group, Inc. to pay its own costs.
