Is Article 27(1) of Council Regulation (EC) No 44/2001 (1) of 22 December 2000 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters (OJ 2001 L 12, p. 1) to be interpreted as meaning that the court other than the court first seised, which has exclusive jurisdiction pursuant to Article 22 of Regulation 44/2001, must nevertheless stay its proceedings until such time as the jurisdiction of the court first seised, which does not have exclusive jurisdiction pursuant to Article 22 of Regulation No 44/2001, is definitively established? |
