    Application: brought under Articles 236 EC and 152 EA, in which H seeks annulment of the Council’s decision of 15 March 2006 automatically to retire her on the grounds of invalidity.

    Held: Case F‑127/06 H v Council is removed from the register of the Tribunal. H is to bear one third of her own costs. The Council is to bear its own costs and two thirds of H’s costs.
