Notice concerning the anti-dumping duties in force in respect of imports into the Community of integrated electronic compact fluorescent lamps (CFL-i) originating in the People's Republic of China: modification of the address of a company subject to an individual anti-dumping duty rate (2004/C 37/08) Imports of integrated electronic compact fluorescent lamps (CFL-i) originating in the People's Republic of China are subject to definitive anti-dumping duties, imposed by Council Regulation (EC) No 1470/2001(1). Sanex Electronics Co., Ltd, a company located in the People's Republic of China, whose exports to the Community of integrated electronic compact fluorescent lamps (CFL-i) are subject to an individual anti-dumping duty rate of 20,2 % by the aforementioned Regulation, has informed the Commission that it has changed its address to 1 Xiangyang Road, Xiangcheng Town, Xiangcheng District, Suzhou, Jiangsu, People's Republic of China. The company has asked the Commission to confirm that the change of address does not affect the right of the company to benefit from the individual rate applied to the company in its previous location of Xin Su Industrial Area, Jiangsu, Suzhou 215001, People's Republic of China. The Commission has examined the information supplied, which demonstrates that all the company's activities linked to the manufacturing, sales and exports of integrated electronic compact fluorescent lamps (CFL-i) are unaffected by the change of address. The Commission therefore concludes that the change of address in no way affects the findings of Council Regulation (EC) No 1470/2001. In view of the absence of any substantive change of circumstances, the reference to the address of Sanex Electronics Co., Ltd should read as 1 Xiangyang Road, Xiangcheng Town, Xiangcheng District, Suzhou, Jiangsu, People's Republic of China, in Article 1(2) of Council Regulation (EC) No 1470/2001. The Taric additional code A239 previously attributed to Sanex Electronics Co., Ltd shall apply. (1) OJ L 195, 19.7.2001, p. 8.
