correcting the Czech language version of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1502 on setting out minimum technical specifications and procedures for assurance levels for electronic identification means pursuant to Article 8(3) of Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market

THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,
Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,
Having regard to Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market and repealing Directive 1999/93/EC (1), and in particular Article 8(3) thereof,
Whereas:

The Czech language version of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1502 (2) contains an error in the Annex, Section 2.1.2 (Identity proofing and verification (natural person)), row concerning the Assurance level ‘High’, column ‘Elements needed’, point 1(c) as regards the identification of the required assurance level. |

The Czech language version of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1502 should therefore be corrected accordingly. The other language versions are not affected. |

The measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Committee referred to in Article 48 of Regulation (EU) No 910/2014, |
HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:
Article 1
(Does not concern the English language.)
Article 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
