On page 10, in Article 8(2):
for:
‘If the office of the President falls vacant before the normal date of expiry of the term thereof, the Court shall elect a successor for the remainder of the term.’,
read:
‘If the office of the President falls vacant before the normal date of expiry of the term thereof, he shall be replaced for the remainder of the term.’.
On page 11, in Article 9(3):
for:
‘The President shall ensure the proper functioning of the services of the Court.’,
read:
‘The President shall ensure the proper functioning of the services of the institution.’.
On page 12, in Article 20(4), first sentence:
for:
‘The Registrar shall direct the services of the Court under the authority of the President of the Court.’,
read:
‘The Registrar shall direct the services of the institution under the authority of the President of the Court.’.
