CORRIGENDUM TO: COUNCIL DIRECTIVE of 26 March 1990 laying down the conditions governing the preparation, placing on the market and use of medicated feedingstuffs in the Community (90/167/EEC) The corrigendum to Directive 90/167/EEC which was published in Official Journal of the European Communities No L 114 of 5 May 1990, on page 31, is hereby declared void. Consequently, in Article 9 of that Directive: - at the end of the first subparagraph of paragraph 1, '. . . or distributor specially approved by the competent authority of the Member State of destination' is not deleted, - in paragraph 2, '. . . by the competent authority of the Member State of destination' is not inserted after '. . . for that purpose'.
