Initiative summary:
The Web Accessibility Directive aims to make the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies in the Member States more accessible for citizens – in particular for persons with disabilities. It establishes common accessibility requirements to harmonise the Internal Market for web accessibility products and services. This evaluation fulfils the legal obligation set out in the Directive, to review the application of the Directive. The findings of the evaluation will be made public
