- The aim of this Commission Implementing Regulation is to lay down specifications related to the format, frequency and quality in which data on alternative fuels infrastructure is made available under Regulation (EU) 2023/1804. This Regulation introduces the technical specifications for the data types as amended and supplemented by Commission Delegated Regulation xxx/xxx adopted in parallel to this act.
