Under the newly adopted Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety (GPSR), when information on a product safety recall is provided to consumers in a written form, it must take the form a recall notice. The Commission is required to set out the template for a recall notice. This implementing act provides for such a template, listing all the elements that must be contained in a recall notice.
