Road circulation requirements for mobile machinery
Proposal for a REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL on the approval and market surveillance of non-road mobile machinery circulating on public roads and amending Regulation (EU) 2019/1020
- Initiative summary:
- The main objective of this proposal is to achieve a single market for non-road mobile machinery (self-propelled mobile and towed machinery) which will, occasionally, circulate on public roads. As a result it will remove market obstacles deriving from different safety requirements for the design and manufacturing of such machinery in various Member States and maintaining a high level of safety throughout the whole EU.
