DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE
No 81/2015
of 30 April 2015
amending Annex I (Veterinary and phytosanitary matters) to the EEA Agreement [2016/1264]
THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,
Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (‘the EEA Agreement’), and in particular Article 98 thereof,
Whereas:

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/38 of 13 January 2015 concerning the authorisation of the preparation of Lactobacillus acidophilus CECT 4529 as a feed additive for laying hens and amending Regulation (EC) No 1520/2007 (holder of authorisation Centro Sperimentale del Latte) (1) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. |

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/46 of 14 January 2015 concerning the authorisation of diclazuril as a feed additive for chickens for fattening, for turkeys for fattening and for guinea fowl for fattening and breeding (holder of authorisation Huvepharma NV) (2) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. |

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/47 of 14 January 2015 concerning the authorisation of a preparation of alpha-amylase produced by Bacillus licheniformis (DSM 21564) as a feed additive for dairy cows (holder of the authorisation DSM Nutritional products Ltd, represented by DSM Nutritional Products Sp. Z.o.o) (3) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. |

This Decision concerns legislation regarding feedingstuffs. Legislation regarding feedingstuffs shall not apply to Liechtenstein as long as the application of the Agreement between the European Community and the Swiss Confederation on trade in agricultural products is extended to Liechtenstein, as specified in the sectoral adaptations to Annex I to the EEA Agreement. This Decision is therefore not to apply to Liechtenstein. |

Annex I to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly, |
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
Article 1
Chapter II of Annex I to the EEA Agreement shall be amended as follows:

the following is inserted after point 122 (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1249/2014):

Article 2
The texts of Implementing Regulations (EU) 2015/38, (EU) No 2015/46 and (EU) 2015/47 in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic.
Article 3
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 May 2015, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the EEA Agreement have been made (*).
Article 4
This Decision shall be published in the EEA Section of, and in the EEA Supplement to, the Official Journal of the European Union.
