Information on the date of entry into force of the Protocol to the Euro Mediterranean Agreement establishing an association between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Tunisia, of the other part, on a Framework Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Tunisia on the general principles for the participation of the Republic of Tunisia in Union programs
On 26 October 2015 and 11 January 2016 respectively, the European Union and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia notified each other of the completion of the procedures necessary for entry into force of the above protocol (1).
The protocol, signed in Brussels on 17 March 2015, will accordingly enter into force on 1 February 2016, in accordance with Article 10.2 thereof.
