Objective of aid: Participation in exhibitions and fairs: initiatives to promote the quality of ‘CV’ Quality Brand products, aimed both at protecting their intrinsic distinct characteristics and at improving the professional skills of the producers concerned. Initiatives to raise consumer awareness of ‘CV’ brand products are eligible, as are various information and promotional activities organised around the Magdalena celebrations. For the first time, a team specialised in communication will be employed to design a strategy to improve the positioning of the wines of the Castellon region; the regulations will be adapted in line with Decree No 222/2007 of 9 November and a quality manual will be produced. Activities laid down in Articles 14 and 15 of Regulation (EC) No 1857/2006

Objective of aid: To support the livestock sector the Land will grant subsidies to promote performance testing and additional measures in livestock breeding.
The eligible costs are the following:
expenditure on tests to determine the genetic quality or yield of livestock,
expenditure on the introduction of innovatory animal breeding techniques or practices with the exception of introducing or carrying out artificial insemination,
expenditure on establishing and maintaining herd books.
Recipients of the subsidies will be recognised breeding associations (in accordance with the Tierzuchtgesetz), performance testing facilities or associations which carry out performance tests on behalf of Land Brandenburg in accordance with the Tierzuchtgesetz and have a branch in Brandenburg. The recipient of a subsidy will be subject to the supervision of the responsible authorities in accordance with the law of the Land.
Direct payments will not be made to breeding enterprises.
Carrying out performance testing is an ongoing task. Subsidy payments will be made per calendar year and will be adjusted in accordance with the individual breeding measures.
The subsidy will be granted as a lump-sum amount. It will be granted in accordance with the public interest of the measure and will be paid in accordance with available funds.
Aid rates under the Community framework regulations for State aid in the agriculture and forestry sector of 27 December 2006, Chapter IV.L ‘Aid in the breeding sector’ will not be exceeded

Objective of aid: The aid is aimed at improving the health status of Galician livestock holdings through the implementation of common programmes for the prevention and control of animal diseases.
The subsidies relate both to the cost of contracting veterinary technicians and to expenditure on equipment.
The scheme is in keeping with Article 10 of Regulation (EC) No 1857/2006, which states that aid to compensate farmers for the cost of prevention of animal diseases is compatible with the common market
