Refers the case back to the Court of First Instance of the European Communities for that Court to rule on Mr Karatzoglou's submissions to the effect that the decision of the European Agency for Reconstruction (EAR) of 26 February 2004 terminating his employment contract should be annulled; |
|
3) |
Reserves the costs. |
