(2)  In respect of the Czech Republic this treaty is binding for Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova and Russia.

(3)  This Treaty is still in force with Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM).

(4)  This Treaty is still in force with Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
