On page 19, point (f) of Article 10(1):

for:

‘(f)

be reproduced in accordance with the format, layout, design and proportions specified by the Commission pursuant to paragraph 3;’,

read:

‘(f)

be reproduced in accordance with the format, layout, design and proportions specified by the Commission pursuant to paragraph 4;’.
