On page 133, Article 6, Amendments to Directive 2004/39/EC, point (4), new paragraph 8 to be added to Article 10a,
for:
‘8. In order to ensure consistent harmonisation of this Article, ESMA shall develop draft regulatory technical standards to establish an exhaustive list of information, referred to in paragraph 4 to be included by proposed acquirers in their notification, without prejudice to paragraph 2
…’,
read:
‘8. In order to ensure consistent harmonisation of this Article, ESMA shall develop draft regulatory technical standards to establish an exhaustive list of information, referred to in Article 10b (4) to be included by proposed acquirers in their notification, without prejudice to paragraph 2.
…’.
