Corrigendum to Council Regulation (EEC) No 3089/93 of 29 October 1993 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2299/89 on a code of conduct for computerized reservation systems (Official Journal of the European Communities No L 278 of 11 November 1993)

On page 4 in Article 1 (1), new Article 3 (3) (c) second subparagraph, first and second lines:

for: '. . . the vendor shall be entitled to recover . . .`,

read: '. . . the vendor shall not be entitled to recover . . .`;

on page 6 in Article 1 (7), new paragraph 5 (a) of Article 7, fifth line:

for: '. . . approximately in order . . .`,

read: '. . . appropriately in order . . .`;

on page 8 in Article 1 (13), new Article 22 (2), second line:

for: '. . . and 21 (a) cannot renounce . . .`,

read: '. . . and 21a cannot renounce . . .`.
