CORRIGENDUM TO:

COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 822/87 of 16 March 1987 on the common organization of the market in wine

ANNEX I DEFINTIONS REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 1 (4) (a)

ON PAGE 40, IN ARTICLE 86, THE FIRST SUBPARAGRAPH OF PARAGRAPH 2 SHOULD READ AS FOLLOWS :

"2 . REFERENCES TO THE REGULATIONS REPEALED BY PARAGRAPH 1, AND TO REGULATION ( EEC ) NO 816/70 ( 2 ), SHALL BE CONSTRUED AS REFERENCES TO THIS REGULATION .'

THE FOLLOWING FOOTNOTE SHALL BE ADDED :
