DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE
No 105/2015
of 30 April 2015
amending Annex XI (Electronic communication, audiovisual services and information society) and Protocol 37 (containing the list provided for in Article 101) to the EEA Agreement [2016/1288]
THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,
Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (‘the EEA Agreement’), and in particular Articles 98 and 101 thereof,
Whereas:

Commission Decision 2010/299/EU of 21 May 2010 repealing Decision 2002/627/EC establishing the European Regulators Group for Electronic Communications Networks and Services (1) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. |

(2) |
Decision 2010/299/EU repeals Commission Decision 2002/627/EC (2), which is incorporated into the EEA Agreement and which is consequently to be repealed from the EEA Agreement. |

(3) |
Annex XI and Protocol 37 to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly, |
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
Article 1
The text of point 5ci (Commission Decision 2002/627/EC) of Annex XI to the EEA Agreement is deleted.
Article 2
The text of point 17 (The European Regulators Group for Electronic Communications Networks and Services (Commission Decision 2002/627/EC) of Protocol 37 to the EEA Agreement is deleted.
Article 3
The text of Decision 2010/299/EU in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic.
Article 4
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 May 2015, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the EEA Agreement have been made (*).
Article 5
This Decision shall be published in the EEA Section of, and in the EEA Supplement to, the Official Journal of the European Union.
