TREATY ESTABLISHING THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC COMMUNITY, CONVENTION ON CERTAIN INSTITUTIONS COMMON TO THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, SECTION I: THE ASSEMBLY, ARTICLE 1
++++ Article 1 The powers and jurisdiction which the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community and the Treaty establishing the European Atomic Energy Community confer upon the Assembly shall be exercised , in accordance with those Treaties , by a single Assembly composed and designated as provided in Article 138 of the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community and in Article 108 of the Treaty establishing the European Atomic Energy Community .
