Article 1
Ms Laura Codruța KÖVESI is hereby appointed European Chief Prosecutor of the EPPO as a temporary agent at grade AD 15 for a non-renewable period of seven years from 31 October 2019.
Article 2
This Decision shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
