++++ ANNEX XXXV DECLARATION BY THE REPRESENTATIVE OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY CONCERNING THE APPLICATION TO BERLIN OF THE CONVENTION THE SECOND ACP-EEC CONVENTION OF LOME SHALL APPLY EQUALLY TO LAND BERLIN , IN SO FAR AS THE GOVERNMENT OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY DOES NOT MAKE A DECLARATION TO THE CONTRARY TO THE OTHER CONTRACTING PARTIES WITHIN A PERIOD OF THREE MONTHS FROM THE ENTRY INTO FORCE OF THE CONVENTION .
