    AVERAGE COSTS OF BENEFITS IN KIND – 2018

    Application of Article 64 of Regulation (EC) No 987/2009 (1)

    I.

    The amounts to be refunded with regard to the benefits in kind provided in 2018 to family members who do not reside in the same State as the insured person, as referred to in Article 17 of Regulation (EC) No 883/2004 (2), will be determined on the basis of the following average costs:
