The new members of the Court take the oath (2003/C 255/07) Mr Lenaerts and Ms Silva de Lapuerta, appointed Judges at the Court of Justice of the European Communities by decision of the Governments of the Member States of the European Communities of 23 July 2003(1), for the period from 7 October 2003 to 6 October 2009, took the oath before the Court on 6 October 2003. Ms Kokott and Mr Poiares Pessoa Maduro, appointed Advocates General of the Court of Justice of the European Communities by decision of the Governments of the Member States of the European Communities of 23 July 2003(2), for the period from 7 October 2003 to 6 October 2009, took the oath before the Court on 6 October 2003.
