Subject: Commission competition procedure

The latest competition for Commission officials had to be suspended because of flagrant irregularities.

1. Who is liable for the candidates' loss of income and travel expenses, some of them from as far as the USA?

2. What disciplinary action will be taken against the Commission officials involved who failed to take the action required to ensure the proper running of the recruitment competition?
