The Court:

1.

Annuls Commission Decision 2012/339/EU of 13 July 2011 on the State aid No SA.26117 — C 2/10 (ex NN 62/09) implemented by Greece in favour of Aluminium of Greece SA;

2.

Orders the European Commission to bear its own costs and to pay those incurred by Alouminion AE;

3.

Orders Dimosia Epicheirisi Ilektrismou AE (DEI) to bear its own costs.
