    Applications under Article 270 TFEU for annulment of the decisions to reduce, from 1 January 2014, the reimbursement of annual travel expenses enabling the applicants to maintain a connection with their place of origin and for an order requiring the Commission to make a reimbursement of annual travel expenses to the applicants’ place of origin that covers their actual expenses.

    Operative part of the judgment

    The Court:

    1.

    Dismisses the action;

    2.

    Orders Vasile Dumitrescu and Guido Schwarz to bear their own costs and to pay those incurred by the European Commission;

    3.

    Orders the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union each to bear their own costs.
