Ανακοίνωση της Επιτροπής — Ανακοίνωση των επαγγελματικών ενώσεων ή οργανισμών που πληρούν τις προϋποθέσεις του άρθρου 3 παράγραφος 2 και απαριθμούνται στο παράρτημα Ι της οδηγίας 2005/36/ΕΚ

Η οδηγία 2005/36/ΕΚ του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου και του Συμβουλίου, της 7ης Σεπτεμβρίου 2005, σχετικά με την αναγνώριση των επαγγελματικών προσόντων (1) προβλέπει, στο άρθρο 3 παράγραφος 2 πρώτο εδάφιο, ότι «Εξομοιώνεται προς νομοθετικά κατοχυρωμένο επάγγελμα το επάγγελμα που ασκείται από τα μέλη ένωσης ή οργάνωσης του παραρτήματος Ι». Προβλέπει επίσης ότι κάθε φορά που ένα κράτος μέλος παραχωρεί την αναγνώριση σε ένωση ή οργάνωση που αναφέρεται στο πρώτο εδάφιο, ενημερώνει την Επιτροπή. Στη συνέχεια, η Επιτροπή προβαίνει σε σχετική ανακοίνωση στην Επίσημη Εφημερίδα της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης.
Εφόσον το Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο γνωστοποίησε τις ακόλουθες επαγγελματικές ενώσεις ή οργανισμούς στο πλαίσιο του παραρτήματος Ι, η Επιτροπή δημοσιεύει την παρούσα ανακοίνωση, σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 3 παράγραφος 2 της οδηγίας (2).
