Die Veröffentlichung der Liste der Grenzübergangsstellen gemäß Artikel 2 Absatz 8 der Verordnung (EU) 2016/399 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 9. März 2016 über einen Unionskodex für das Überschreiten der Grenzen durch Personen (Schengener Grenzkodex) (2) erfolgt auf der Grundlage der von den Mitgliedstaaten gemäß Artikel 39 des Schengener Grenzkodexes an die Kommission übermittelten Angaben.

Neben der Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt steht eine regelmäßig aktualisierte Fassung auf der Webseite der Generaldirektion „Migration und Inneres“ zur Verfügung.
