VERORDNUNG (EG) Nr. 1574/2005 DER KOMMISSION
vom 28. September 2005
zur Änderung der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2368/2002 des Rates zur Umsetzung des Zertifikationssystems des Kimberley-Prozesses für den internationalen Handel mit Rohdiamanten
DIE KOMMISSION DER EUROPÄISCHEN GEMEINSCHAFTEN —
gestützt auf den Vertrag zur Gründung der Europäischen Gemeinschaft,
gestützt auf die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2368/2002 des Rates vom 20. Dezember 2002 zur Umsetzung des Zertifikationssystems des Kimberley-Prozesses für den internationalen Handel mit Rohdiamanten (1), insbesondere auf Artikel 20,
in Erwägung nachstehender Gründe:

Artikel 20 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2368/2002 regelt die Änderung der Liste der Teilnehmer am Zertifikationssystem des Kimberley-Prozesses in Anhang II. |

(2) |
Der Vorsitz des Zertifikationssystems des Kimberley-Prozesses hat mit einer Bekanntmachung vom 19. September 2005 beschlossen, Libanon ab 20. September 2005 in die Liste der Teilnehmer aufzunehmen. Anhang II sollte entsprechend geändert werden — |
BESCHLIESST:
Artikel 1
Anhang II der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2368/2002 wird durch den Anhang der vorliegenden Verordnung ersetzt.
Artikel 2
Diese Verordnung tritt am Tag ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.
Sie gilt mit Wirkung vom 20. September 2005.
Diese Verordnung ist in allen ihren Teilen verbindlich und gilt unmittelbar in jedem Mitgliedstaat.
