Verordnung (EG) Nr. 657/2004 der Kommission vom 7. April 2004 zur Änderung der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2368/2002 des Rates zur Umsetzung des Zertifikationssystems des Kimberley-Prozesses für den internationalen Handel mit Rohdiamanten DIE KOMMISSION DER EUROPÄISCHEN GEMEINSCHAFTEN - gestützt auf den Vertrag zur Gründung der Europäischen Gemeinschaft, gestützt auf die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2368/2002 des Rates zur Umsetzung des Zertifikationssystems des Kimberley-Prozesses für den internationalen Handel mit Rohdiamanten(1), zuletzt geändert durch die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 101/2004(2) der Kommission, insbesondere auf Artikel 20, in Erwägung nachstehender Gründe: (1) Artikel 20 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2368/2002 regelt die Änderung der Liste der Teilnehmer am Zertifikationssystem des Kimberley-Prozesses. (2) Der Vorsitz des Zertifizierungssystems des Kimberley-Prozesses hat in seinem Vermerk vom 1. April 2004 eine aktualisierte Liste der Teilnehmer an dem System vorgelegt. Die Aktualisierung betrifft die Hinzufügung Singapurs als Teilnehmer und die Streichung Libanons aus der Liste. Daher soll Anhang II entsprechend geändert werden - BESCHLIESST: Artikel 1 Anhang II der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2368/2002 wird durch den Anhang der vorliegenden Verordnung ersetzt. Artikel 2 Diese Verordnung tritt am Tag ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.
