- Initiative summary:
- The Regulation on the Governance of the Energy Union and Climate Action requires an annual report on the State of the Energy Union. The 2022 report will be the third one since the entry into force of this Regulation and provides for a comprehensive and holistic assessment of the progress made on the Union’s energy and climate objectives. It is accompanied by several reports and annexes addressing specific energy and climate related policy issues.
