Follow-up to the case by the national courts:

Following the judgement by the European Court of Justice, the Sozialgericht, in reference specifically to points 74 and 93-95 of the judgement, upheld the appellant's request, set aside the administrative act by the Bundesanstalt für Arbeit and ordered the latter to pay family benefit.
