Løbende licitation med henblik på interventionsorganernes salg af smør til nedsatte priser og ydelse af støtte for fløde, smør og koncentreret smør

I overensstemmelse med Kommissionens forordning (EF) nr. 1898/2005 (1) indleder ovennævnte interventionsorganer en løbende licitation med henblik på:

a)

salg af interventionssmør, der er opkøbt efter artikel 6, stk. 2, i forordning (EF) nr. 1255/1999, og som er beregnet til fremstilling af konditorvarer, konsumis og andre fødevarer, der er defineret som »færdigvarer« i artikel 4, stk. 1, i forordning (EF) nr. 1898/2005

b)

ydelse af støtte for smør, koncentreret smør og fløde beregnet til fremstilling af konditorvarer, konsumis og andre fødevarer, der er defineret som »færdigvarer« i artikel 4, stk. 1, i forordning (EF) nr. 1898/2005

c)

ydelse af støtte for koncentreret smør til direkte konsum i Fællesskabet.

Fristen for indgivelse af bud til den første dellicitation er den 10.1.2006 kl. 11.00 belgisk tid. De nærmere betingelser for denne licitation er fastsat af de pågældende interventionsorganer. Interesserede parter i Fællesskabet kan indhente oplysninger herom på følgende adresser:
