Den Europæiske Union underretter herved Det Forenede Kongerige om følgende i forbindelse med handels- og samarbejdsaftalen mellem Den Europæiske Union og Det Europæiske Atomenergifællesskab på den ene side og Det Forenede Kongerige Storbritannien og Nordirland på den anden side (»handels- og samarbejdsaftalen«).
