Retsgrundlag

(a) Law 24/2013 of 26 December 2013 on the electricity sector , as amended, which sets out the scheme principles. (b) Royal Decree 413/2014 of 6 June 2014, as amended, which regulates the production of electricity from renewable energy sources, cogeneration and waste and further develops the principles set out in the electricity sector law. (c) Royal Decree 376/2022 of 17 May 2022, which regulates sustainability and greenhouse gases emissions saving criteria for biofuels, bioliquids and biomass fuels, and the guarantees of origin system of renewable gases. (d) Ministerial Order TED/526/2024 of 31 May 2024, which establishes the methodology for the revision of the compensation for operations of standard facilities of electrical energy production whose operation costs mainly depend on fuel costs and which updates the compensation for operations costs applicable since 1 January 2024.
