ud fra følgende betragtninger:

Der oprettes ved Europa-Parlamentets og Rådets forordning (EU) nr. 439/2010 (1) et europæisk asylstøttekontor. |

Det er nødvendigt at fastlægge hjemstedet for Det Europæiske Asylstøttekontor — |
VEDTAGET DENNE AFGØRELSE:
Artikel 1
Det Europæiske Asylstøttekontor skal have hjemsted ved Valletta Harbour.
Artikel 2
Denne afgørelse træder i kraft den 18. juni 2010.
Artikel 3
Denne afgørelse offentliggøres i Den Europæiske Unions Tidende.
Udfærdiget i Bruxelles, den 25. februar 2010.
