RÅDETS AFGØRELSE

af 12. juli 2005

om ændring af afgørelse 2001/264/EF om vedtagelse af Rådets sikkerhedsforskrifter

(2005/571/EF)

RÅDET FOR DEN EUROPÆISKE UNION HAR —

under henvisning til traktaten om oprettelse af Det Europæiske Fællesskab, særlig artikel 207, stk. 3,

under henvisning til Rådets afgørelse 2004/338/EF, Euratom af 22. marts 2004 om vedtagelse af Rådets forretningsorden (1), særlig artikel 24, og

ud fra følgende betragtninger:

Tillæg 2 til Rådet for Den Europæiske Unions sikkerhedsforskrifter, der er knyttet til afgørelse 2001/264/EF (2), indeholder en sammenlignende oversigt over nationale klassifikationsgrader. Denne oversigt blev ændret ved Rådets afgørelse 2004/194/EF af 10. februar 2004 om ændring af afgørelse 2001/264/EF (3).

Frankrig og Nederlandene har underrettet Generalsekretariatet for Rådet om ændringer i deres respektive klassifikationsgrader.

Afgørelse 2001/264/EF bør derfor ændres —

TRUFFET FØLGENDE AFGØRELSE:

Artikel 1

I afgørelse 2001/264/EF erstattes Tillæg 1 og Tillæg 2 af teksten i bilaget til nærværende afgørelse.

Artikel 2

Denne afgørelse har virkning fra dagen for offentliggørelsen i Den Europæiske Unions Tidende.

Udfærdiget i Bruxelles, den 12. juli 2005.
