Den 6. oktober 2001 har dommerne ved Personaleretten valgt S. VAN RAEPENBUSCH til præsident for perioden fra den 7. oktober 2011 til den 30. september 2014 i henhold til artikel 4, stk. 1, i bilag I til Domstolens statut og artikel 6, stk. 1, i procesreglementet.
