KOMMISSIONENS FORORDNING ( EOEF ) Nr . 2730/81

af 14 . september 1981

om listen over de organer i importerende tredjelande , som kan afholde licitationer vedroerende maelk og mejeriprodukter

KOMMISSIONEN FOR DE EUROPAEISKE FAELLESSKABER HAR -

under henvisning til traktaten om oprettelse af Det europaeiske oekonomiske Faellesskab ,

under henvisning til Raadets forordning ( EOEF ) nr . 804/68 af 27 . juni 1968 om den faelles markedsordning for maelk og mejeriprodukter ( 1 ) , senest aendret ved akten vedroerende Graekenlands tiltraedelse , saerlig artikel 13 , stk . 3 , og artikel 17 , stk . 4 , og

ud fra foelgende betragtninger :

i henhold til artikel 14 i Kommissionens forordning ( EOEF ) nr . 2729/81 af 14 . september 1981 om de saerlige gennemfoerelsesbestemmelser for ordningen med import - og eksportlicenser og ordningen med forudfastsaettelser af restitutioner for maelk og mejeriprodukter ( 2 ) , betragtes som licitationer fremtidig kun saadanne som afholdes af de offentlige eller offentligretlige organer , der er anfoert paa en liste , som skal fastsaettes ;

paa grundlag af de hidtidige handelssaedvaner i de importerende lande og de seneste oplysninger , Kommissionen er i besiddelse af , kan denne liste fastsaettes som anfoert i bilaget ;

de i denne forordning fastsatte foranstaltninger er i overensstemmelse med udtalelse fra Forvaltningskomiteen for Maelk og Mejeriprodukter -

UDSTEDT FOELGENDE FORORDNING :

Artikel 1

Den i artikel 14 i forordning ( EOEF ) nr . 2729/81 omhandlede liste over de organer , som kan afholde licitationer i tredjelande , er anfoert i bilaget .

Artikel 2

Denne forordning traeder i kraft paa tredjedagen efter offentliggoerelsen i De Europaeiske Faellesskabers Tidende .

Den anvendes fra den 1 . november 1981 .

Denne forordning er bindende i alle enkeltheder og gaelder umiddelbart i hver medlemsstat .

Udfaerdiget i Bruxelles , den 14 . september 1981 .
