COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 2009/81 of 13 July 1981 amending Regulation (EEC) No 345/79 laying down general rules for granting export refunds on wine and criteria for fixing the amount of such refunds THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 337/79 of 5 February 1979 on the common organization of the market in wine (1), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3456/80 (2), and in particular Article 20 (1) and (3) thereof, Having regard to the proposal from the Commission, Whereas exports of concentrated grape musts represent an appreciable market for Community wine production ; whereas if there is to be any economically significant export trade in these products, the field of application of Council Regulation (EEC) No 345/79 (3) must be widened, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION: Article 1 In Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 345/79 paragraph 2 shall be replaced by the following text: >PIC FILE= "T0020301"> Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 1981. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 13 July 1981.
