ROZHODNUTÍ KOMISE
ze dne 7. února 2006,
kterým se provádí směrnice Rady 94/28/ES, pokud jde o seznam orgánů třetích zemí schválených pro vedení plemenné knihy nebo evidence některých zvířat
(oznámeno pod číslem K(2006) 284)

KOMISE EVROPSKÝCH SPOLEČENSTVÍ,
s ohledem na Smlouvu o založení Evropského společenství,
s ohledem na směrnici Rady 94/28/ES ze dne 23. června 1994, kterou se stanoví zásady zootechnických a genealogických podmínek pro dovoz zvířat, spermatu, vajíček a embryí ze třetích zemí a kterou se mění směrnice 77/504/EHS o čistokrevném plemenném skotu ( 1 ), a zejména na čl. 3 odst. 1 uvedené směrnice,
vzhledem k těmto důvodům:|

Směrnice 94/28/ES stanoví zásady týkající se zootechnických a genealogických podmínek, které se použijí na dovoz některých čistokrevných plemenných zvířat a jejich spermatu, vajíček a embryí. |

Podle směrnice 94/28/ES a aniž by byly dotčeny veterinární a hygienické předpisy Společenství, mohou být zvířata dovážena jako „čistokrevná plemenná“ nebo „hybridy“, jsou-li splněny určité podmínky. Jednou z těchto podmínek je, že zvířata zapisuje nebo eviduje do plemenné knihy nebo evidence orgán definovaný v uvedené směrnici a sperma, vajíčka a embrya mohou být dovážena, pouze pokud pocházejí ze zvířete zapsaného nebo zaevidovaného v této plemenné knize nebo evidenci. |

Argentina, Bulharsko, Kanada, Izrael, Island, Nový Zéland a Spojené státy zaslaly Komisi seznam orgánů, které schválily pro vedení plemenné knihy nebo evidence čistokrevných zvířat, která mají být dovážena podle směrnice 94/28/ES. |

Pro účely směrnice 94/28/ES by proto měl být vytvořen seznam orgánů, které jsou schváleny pro vedení plemenné knihy nebo evidence zvířat a produktů podle tohoto rozhodnutí. |

Opatření stanovená tímto rozhodnutím jsou v souladu se stanoviskem Stálého zootechnického výboru, |
PŘIJALA TOTO ROZHODNUTÍ:
Článek 1
Pro účely směrnice 94/28/ES se v příloze tohoto rozhodnutí uvádí seznam orgánů, které jsou schváleny pro vedení plemenné knihy nebo evidence plemenného skotu, prasat, ovcí a koz, jejich spermatu, vajíček a embryí jako „čistokrevného“ – nebo v případě prasat rovněž „hybridů“.
Článek 2
Členské státy povolují dovoz plemenného skotu, prasat, ovcí a koz, jejich spermatu, vajíček a embryí jako „čistokrevného“ – nebo v případě prasat rovněž „hybridů“ – pouze pokud je zapsán nebo evidován v plemenné knize nebo evidenci vedené orgánem uvedeným na seznamu v příloze tohoto rozhodnutí.
Článek 3
Toto rozhodnutí je určeno členským státům.
