Corrigendum to Commission Regulation (EC) No 1750/1999 of 23 July 1999 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 1257/1999 on support for rural development from the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund (EAGGF) (Official Journal of the European Communities L 214 of 13 August 1999) On page 33 the first paragraph of Article 2 should read as follows: "The conditions laid down in Article 5 of Council Regulation (EC) No 1257/1999 must be fulfilled at the time when the individual decision to grant support is taken." On page 36 , Article 21(c) should read as follows: "(c) general costs, such as architects', engineers', and consultants' fees, feasibility studies, acquisition of patents and licences, in addition to expenditure as referred to in (a) and (b) and up to a ceiling of 12 % of that expenditure."; and in Article 24 the introductory sentence should read as follows: "Forests excluded from support under Article 29(3) of Council Regulation (EC) No 1257/1999 shall be:". On page 36 in Article 36, last two lines for: "Council Regulations (EC) No 1261/1999 (1) and (EC) No 1262/1999 (2).", read: "Council Regulations (EC) No 1783/1999 (1) and (EC) No 1784/1999 (2).", and footnotes (1) and (2) should read: "(1) OJ L 213, 13.8.1999, p. 1. (2) OJ L 213, 13.8.1999, p. 5."
