The Advisory Committee agrees with the European Commission that a fine should be imposed on the addressees of the draft decision. |

The Advisory Committee agrees with the European Commission’s reasoning on the basic amount of the fines. |

The Advisory Committee agrees with the European Commission’s assessment of the mitigating and aggravating circumstances (other than the aspect covered by Question 4). |

The majority of the Advisory Committee agree with the European Commission that there are exceptional circumstances present in this case that justify granting a reduction of fines for effective cooperation outside the 2002 Leniency notice, as set out in the draft decision. |
